Mr. Francis Rozario

Mr. Francis Rozario is an accomplished banker with a specialized and diverse thirty-five-year career in Banking and Finance across the world. He is the Founding Chairman and CEO of Asia Capital and Advisors Pte Ltd. Throughout a 28-year career at Citibank, Mr. Rozario ran businesses in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia. At the early age of 28, he was appointed CEO for Citibank Liberia. Two years later, Mr. Rozario was asked to launch a de-novo Joint Venture Commercial Banking Nigeria, which gained a reputation as the best bank in Nigeria by 1997.Mr. Rozario was next appointed as CEO for Citibank Colombia and Ecuador, followed by the Division Head for the Global Relationship Bank for Latin America. He next moved to Taiwan as the CEO for the Corporate and Investment Bank, where he transformed the business for rapid growth and profitability. In his last assignment with Citibank, Mr. Rozario was asked to develop a new model for SME/Commercial Banking across Emerging Markets and to obtain Credit Policy approval for a new Risk model. After obtaining internal approvals, Mr. Rozario successfully rolled out the new model across 15 countries from Latin America to Asia in 3 years and in year 5, delivered a 20% return on equity. Mr. Rozario was a Senior Credit Officer and a Member of the Citigroup International Planning Group. IN 2003, Mr. Rozario was appointed by Temasek Holdings, the Singapore government’s sovereign wealth fund, to head its newly formed financial services subsidiary, Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH). During his 8 years with FFH, Mr. Rozario created superior returns for shareholders and value to local communities. In all of Fullerton’s business ventures, Mr. Rozario incorporated an active Corporate Social Responsibility framework which was embedded in the business and which had a meaningful impact in the communities in which they operated. These initiatives won recognition for leadership and service to the community from local Governments and the Public at large. As CEO and Executive Director of Fullerton Financial Holdings, Singapore, Mr. Rozario set up Fullerton India and was Chairman from inception until 2011. He built the rural model which has now become a major success contributing materially to the excellent results of the company.

Aaron Rozario

Aaron Rozario is an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at Asia Capital and Advisors (ACA). He is responsible for the day to management of ACA’s private equity funds, including responsibility for strategy, structuring, investor relations, marketing, fund governance and operations. Aaron is also the Portfolio Manager for ACA’s public markets fund focusing on US equities. Prior to joining ACA, Aaron worked in Equity Sales at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Vinay Bijawat

Mr. Vinay Bijawat is currently the Executive Director in charge of Risk Management and Business Development (for SME, Corporate, Leasing, Finance companies, Retail/Consumer Finance, Wealth Management) with BankT&D. Over the last few years, he has lead a number of large and complex consulting assignments in the areas of SME, risk management, auto finance and leasing and have facilitated boards of several financial institutions in their strategic plans both in the Middle East and Africa and Asia. He is an ex-Managing Director and EMEA Operating Committee Member of Citigroup, with over 20 years of international banking experience in senior Regional and Global business and risk management roles, covering Corporate Banking, Transaction Services, Asset Based Finance and SME. His SME experience is extensive, having been the Regional Commercial Banking Head (SME/MME) for CEEMEA, Regional ABF Head for CEEMEA, International Risk Head for Commercial Banking (SME/MME-Companies with sales up to USD 200 million) and has been a Member of the Global SME Executive Management team from inception of this segment within Citigroup.

Mr. Ajay Kalyankar

Mr. Ajay Kalyankar B.E- Mechanical from REC, Bhopal and has varied experience of more than 32 years, across the Service & Manufacturing Industry, having set up / handled functions from Human Resources, Training, Procurement, Infrastructure, Financial Control, Accounts Payable, General Services, Administration, CSR and Liaison with Government agencies. He has been in a Senior Management position (minimum an All India role) since the past 16 years and has been the Managing Director of Community Finance Private Limited since its inception
